Job summary

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our Asset Maintenance team, taking ownership of the day-to-day delivery and performance of scaffolding projects across the Perth metropolitan region.

This hands-on role combines project delivery, operational leadership, client management and commercial oversight. You’ll ensure projects run safely and efficiently, maintaining visibility over performance and taking action when issues arise.

Qualifications

• Experience managing scaffolding projects, contracts or operations.
• Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence (HRWL).
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to monitor project performance and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery and overall performance of multiple scaffolding projects.
• Act as a key contact for clients, building relationships and addressing requirements and issues.
• Coordinate supervisors, scaffolders, subcontractors, yard and logistics teams.
• Monitor project performance, productivity and commercial outcomes, implementing corrective actions.
• Manage projects from award through mobilisation to close-out.
• Work with Contracts and Commercial teams on progress claims, variations and EOTs.
• Lead and support site teams, driving accountability and safety culture.
• Attend site and client meetings, report progress, risks and issues.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely and in accordance with requirements.
• Provide operational support across the wider business.
