Job summary

Aus Safe Access is seeking an energetic Construction Project Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage site crews, and ensure all scaffolding installations meet AS/NZS standards, client specs, and SafeWork NSW guidelines.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will be the on-site liaison for main contractors and client teams, with responsibilities across safety, project scheduling, and quality handovers. Requires 1.5+ years site management and HRW license with White Card.

• 1.5+ years of construction site management experience.
• HRW LICENSE AND WHITE CARD required.

Aus safe access scaffolding pty Ltd The Role We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and ticketed Construction project manager to oversee daily field operations, manage site crews, and ensure all scaffolding installations strictly adhere to AS/NZS standards, client specifications, and SafeWork NSW guidelines.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will be the main point of contact on-site for main contractors, project managers, and client site teams.

$80,000–$90,000 per annum plus superannuation

Task & responsibilities

• Site Leadership: Lead, direct, and mentor on-site to ensure efficient of site. Safety & Compliance: Conduct daily pre-starts, toolboxes, SWMS reviews, and risk assessments. Ensure strict compliance with WHS legislation, SafeWork guidelines, and Australian Standards.
• Project management: Oversee daily workflow, crew allocation, and site logistics to hit key milestone deadlines and keep projects on schedule. Client & Contractor Liaison: Act as the primary on-site liaison for Tier 1 / Tier 2 head contractors, builders, and project managers. Quality Assurance: Inspect completed scaffold structures, conduct handover inspections, and issue Scaffold Handover Certificates prior to trade access.
• Resource & Material Management: Monitor site material requirements, truck unloading/loading, and equipment counts to minimize downtime and loss.

Qualification & experience

• Experience: Minimum 1.5+ years of construction site management. Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or civil/infrastructure projects.
• Must have HRW LICENSE AND WHITE CARD
