Job summary

Aus Safe Access is seeking an energetic Construction Project Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage site crews, and ensure all scaffolding installations meet AS/NZS standards, client specs, and SafeWork NSW guidelines.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will be the on-site liaison for main contractors and client teams, with responsibilities across safety, project scheduling, and quality handovers. Requires 1.5+ years site management and HRW license with White Card.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of construction site management experience.
• HRW LICENSE AND WHITE CARD required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site to ensure efficient site operations and safety.
• Oversee daily workflow, crew allocation, and site logistics.
• Act as primary liaison for Tier 1/2 contractors and project managers.
• Inspect scaffold structures and complete handover certificates.
