Job summary

Civmec Construction & Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Scaffolders for a local Kwinana shutdown, with 12hr day and night shifts on a 13:1 roster. The role focuses on erection, dismantling, and upgrading scaffolding across a heavy engineering environment.

To succeed you will hold a high risk work licence (SI/SA), have at least 2 years’ maintenance experience, and possess a Construction White Card and Heights safety training. Additional tickets are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Construction White Card required.
• Work Safely at Heights training within 2 years of issue.

Responsibilities

• Erection and dismantling of scaffolding.
• Installation of access platforms, walkways and temporary structures.
• Modifications to scaffolding for ongoing upgrade works.
• Inspection, tagging, and maintenance of scaffolding to meet safety standards.
• Compliance with site safety requirements, load ratings and engineered designs.

This is a great opportunity to join our South West Maintenance Team working on a local Kwinana shutdown. We are seeking experienced Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolders to play a critical role on this shutdown.

• 1st Oct - 2nd Nov
• 12hr Day & Nightshifts
• 13:1 Roster
• Opportunities to transition from shutdown work into long term project and maintenance roles

The Role

• Erection and dismantling of scaffolding
• Installation of access platforms, walkways and temporary structures
• Modifications to scaffolding to support ongoing upgrade works across the machine
• Inspection, tagging, and maintenance of scaffolding to meet safety standards
• Compliance with site safety requirements, load ratings and engineered designs

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

• High risk work licence: SI or SA (Mandatory)
• 2 years expereince in maintenance
• Construction White Card
• Work Safely at Heights (within 2 years of issue)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical and regular / random Drug and Alcohol screens
• Additional Tickets will be highly regarded
