Job summary

Anderson’s Scaffolding is seeking a hands-on Scaffolder to assemble, install, and dismantle scaffolding for varied construction projects. The role is site-based and requires adherence to safety standards while delivering high-quality work with a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates hold a High Risk Licence for Scaffolding, a Working at Heights ticket, and a White Card, with experience in reading plans and a strong team ethos. Casual position with potential to move to full-time.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and safety-focused mindset required.
• Ability to read and interpret scaffolding plans and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Current Driver’s Licence and valid Safety tickets.
• HR Licence/Heavy vehicle licence desirable but not essential.

About the role

As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and dismantling scaffolding systems for a variety of construction and industrial projects. Your primary focus will be ensuring that all scaffolding is installed safely, securely, and in compliance with industry standards. You’ll be working closely with a dynamic team, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality. This is a hands‑on site-based role where you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience while contributing to the success of our projects.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

• A Scaffolding High Risk Licence and a current Working at Heights ticket (preferred);
• Advanced Scaffolder preferred but not essential.
• A current General Induction Card (White Card);
• Previous experience as a scaffolder (preferred, but not essential);
• A strong understanding of scaffolding safety standards and regulations;
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications;
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship;
• A current/valid Driver’s Licence;
• LR/MR/HR desirable but not essential
• Police Check and Working with Children Check maybe required for some work sites; and
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast‑paced team environment

This is a Casual position with the potential to grow into a Full-time permanent position for the right candidate.
