Job summary

Breight Group is seeking experienced Scaffold Supervisors to lead scaffolding crews across the South West region of WA. The role offers a 1 week on / 1 week off roster and DIDO travel to and from site with local residency preferred.

You will coordinate daily fronts, allocate resources and ensure safe, efficient execution in line with project requirements. A strong field presence and safety leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven frontline leadership of scaffolding crews in mining or maintenance environments.
  • Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards and safe work practices.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and lead multiple work fronts.
  • Excellent communication with site leadership and crews.

Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline leadership and supervision of scaffolding crews.
  • Coordinate daily work fronts, priorities and resource requirements.
  • Plan and allocate work to ensure safe and efficient execution.
  • Conduct pre-starts and communicate daily expectations to the crew.
  • Monitor productivity, progress and performance against planned activities.
  • Work closely with site leadership, planners and other disciplines to coordinate work.
  • Ensure scaffolding activities comply with procedures, standards and legislative requirements.
  • Maintain a strong field presence and promote safe work practices.
  • Identify and escalate operational, safety and resourcing issues.
  • Support workforce development, coaching and performance of crews.
  • Complete site documentation, reporting and handovers.

Experienced Scaffold Supervisors – South West Opportunity
South West WA | DIDO | 1 Week On / 1 Week Off | Consistent Work

Breight Group is seeking experiencedScaffold Supervisorswith current S26 requirements to join our team supporting consistent, ongoing works in the South West region of WA.

Offering a 1 week on / 1 week off roster, these positions are suited to experienced Access leaders who live locally in the South West and want consistent DIDO work closer to home.

You’ll be responsible for leading scaffolding crews in the field, coordinating daily activities and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.

To be considered, you must meet the S26 requirements and have a permanent Point of Hire within the South West region of WA that supports DIDO travel to and from site.

The Role

What You’ll Need

  • Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards, safe work practices and operational requirements.
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate and lead multiple work fronts.
  • Strong safety leadership and commitment to quality execution.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Permanent Point of Hire within the South West region of WA.
