Job summary

Breight Group is seeking a Leading Hand Scaffolder for site work across WA, including FIFO from Perth. The role covers hands-on scaffold builds, safety-first practices, and on-site leadership on maintenance and shutdown projects.

Ideal candidates have Leading Hand experience, a current Advanced High Risk License, and completion of heights and confined-space requirements within the last two years. Medical and D&A screening are required.

Qualifications

• Current Leading Hand experience
• Current High Risk Work License: Advanced (SA).
• Working at Heights & Confined Space (completed within the last 2 years)
• Demonstrate First Aid Certificate (completed within the last 4 years)
• Valid Australian work rights
• Ability to complete a medical + ongoing D&A screening
• Current driver’s licence
• Bonus: Rio Tinto, Roy Hill, or FMG inductions
