Job summary

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Scaffold Inspector to support ongoing shared services projects, shutdowns and maintenance works across the Collie/Bunbury region.

The role focuses on inspecting scaffolds to ensure they are safe, compliant and fit for purpose, while working closely with supervisors, coordinators and site teams across diverse industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Strong scaffolding experience in heavy industry, mining or refineries
• Advanced or Intermediate Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence
• Previous scaffold inspection experience
• Strong knowledge of scaffold compliance and safe work practices
• Experience with Layher and Tube & Fitting systems
• Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect newly erected, modified and existing scaffolds
• Complete scaffold handovers, tagging and inspection records
• Identify defects and non-compliances requiring rectification
• Ensure scaffolds meet site requirements and relevant standards
• Maintain scaffold registers and inspection documentation
• Work closely with scaffold supervisors and crews

The successful applicant will ideally have:
