Job summary

DuluxGroup, a leading paints and coatings company in Melbourne, seeks an experienced SAP Support Analyst – Supply Chain to drive SAP PP/APO enhancements and deliver scalable solutions. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

The role requires IBP and S/4HANA familiarity, strong communication, and project documentation skills, with opportunities for growth in a global, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP experience in PP and APO.
• Familiar with IBP modules and S4/HANA implementation.
• Strong business-process understanding and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with project management documentation and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and implement system improvements that simplify processes and enhance usability.
• Ensure changes meet quality standards with clear documentation and effective knowledge sharing.
• Act as go-to contact for troubleshooting and user support, training teams as needed.
• Collaborate with Architecture to design scalable SAP solutions meeting business needs.
• Lead projects across IBP, Production Planning, Demand & Materials Management with best-practice approaches.
• Manage system upgrades and updates to maintain support and introduce new functionality.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an SAP Support Analyst – Supply Chain, you’ll drive improvements in how the business leverages current and future applications. You’ll identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and introduce technologies that support operational and financial goals. Your ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders will be key to shaping strategic decisions and delivering impactful solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive SAP experience, including designing, configuring and specifying changes within SAP Production Planning (PP) and APO environments.
• Experience with IBP modules is highly regarded, while exposure to AI tools would also be advantageous together with experience with S4 Hana implementation.
• Strong business-process understanding, with the ability to translate operational requirements into practical, effective system solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the judgement to tailor information and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Proven experience working across project management methodologies, producing quality documentation and driving commercially focused outcomes.
