Job summary

Speller International is seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain leader to own the Supply Chain Technology function in Melbourne. You will partner with Supply Chain executives, lead a team of SAP specialists and govern outsourced support across a complex SAP landscape.

The role requires credibility to challenge vendors, review designs and ensure decisions align with SAP best practice. A strategic tech roadmap and ongoing optimisation of SAP S/4HANA, EWM, IBP related solutions will be central.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP functional experience across Supply Chain domains.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Deep understanding of SAP EWM and related supply chain processes.
• End-to-end implementation or SAP delivery leadership experience.
• Experience managing outsourced vendors and application support providers.
• Ability to challenge technical recommendations and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Planning.
• Lead a team of SAP Supply Chain specialists.
• Manage external vendors and AMS providers.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives.
• Review and govern solution designs and technical recommendations.
• Support SAP projects, business cases and governance activities.
• Ensure technology strategy aligns with business objectives.
• Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team culture.
