Job summary

The Arnott’s Group in Sydney is seeking a Project Systems Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract to deliver complex SAP SuccessFactors changes and enhancements. You’ll work with HR, IT, payroll and external partners to ensure streamlined, compliant HR systems and processes.

Reporting to the P&C Operations Lead, you’ll gather requirements, translate needs into specs, and drive system changes from development to deployment, while maintaining data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central.
• Experience supporting HRIS projects, system implementations or transformation programs.
• Exposure to modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Learning and Succession.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements.
• Translating business needs into functional specifications for vendors and technical teams.
• Managing system enhancements, configuration changes and defect resolution.
• Supporting HRIS transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinating testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Working closely with P&C, IT, Payroll and external support partners.
• Overseeing system changes through to deployment.
• Investigating and resolving data quality issues.
• Supporting reporting, governance and compliance requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve the employee and manager experience.
