Job summary

Arnott’s is hiring a Project Systems Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract at our North Strathfield HQ. You will drive complex changes across SAP SuccessFactors, partnering with P&C, IT, Payroll and external partners to keep people systems compliant and efficient.

You’ll gather requirements, translate them for vendors, manage enhancements and support HRIS transformation initiatives, including UAT and deployment across the P&C function.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, with Employee Central (EC) experience essential.
• Experience supporting HRIS projects, system implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience managing system enhancements, configuration changes and defect resolution.
• Exposure to SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Learning and Succession.
• Experience coordinating testing activities, including UAT.
• Strong understanding of P&C systems, integrations and data management.
• Experience working with AMS providers, vendors and technical support teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on governance, compliance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements.
• Translating business needs into functional specifications for vendors and technical teams.
• Managing system enhancements, configuration changes and defect resolution.
• Supporting HRIS transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinating testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Working closely with P&C, IT, Payroll and external support partners.
• Overseeing system changes through to deployment.
• Investigating and resolving data quality issues.
• Supporting reporting, governance and compliance requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve the employee and manager experience.
