Genesis Recruitment Solutions in Melbourne is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Lead Consultant for a 6 month contract. You will design, plan and drive end-to-end data migration streams across SAP systems, ensuring governance, data quality and seamless integration with business stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on SuccessFactors PMGM and Learning experience, plus expertise in SAP S/4HANA migrations and data tools.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in SuccessFactors PMGM and Learning.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations.
• Proven track record across multiple end-to-end SAP migration projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP data migration streams and governance.
• Design, plan and execute data migration strategies across SAP systems.
• Manage extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) processes.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, functional teams and technical leads.
• Provide leadership to offshore/onshore migration teams and ensure data quality.
