Genesis Recruitment Solutions in Sydney NSW is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Support Consultant to provide ongoing BAU support across Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB). The role focuses on troubleshooting, configuration changes and minor enhancements to keep the platforms stable and aligned with business requirements.

This is a contract-focused position with Australian citizenship required and a 12-month term.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB)
• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors application/support environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with configuration and system enhancements
• Comfortable working with business stakeholders and end users
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Australian Baseline Security Clearance is essential
• Available to start at short notice

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support across SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues.
• Perform configuration changes and minor enhancements.
• Investigate incidents and identify root causes.
• Work with business users to understand and resolve issues.
• Manage support requests through to resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions and system changes.
• Support testing and deployment of approved changes.
• Provide guidance and knowledge to business users where required.
