Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking a high-volume, hands-on customer service and account support specialist. You will coordinate between customers, member businesses, and the warehouse to ensure orders are processed smoothly and efficiently.

The role requires a proactive, relationship-focused approach in a fast-paced transactional environment. You will handle calls, processing, and cross-functional liaising, with opportunities to grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, account management, or order processing.
• B2B, distribution or FMCG experience is highly regarded.
• Process-driven mindset to keep work flowing smoothly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage high call/order volumes.
• Team-first attitude and ability to work with a close-knit crew.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and orders.
• Liaise between customers and member businesses to fulfil transactions.
• Support invoicing and back-end administrative processes.
• Build strong working relationships with customers and members.
• Assist with account management for a portfolio of customers (aged care groups, hotel chains, government accounts).
• Handle ad hoc problem-solving when plans derail.
