Job summary

HR Partners in Brisbane is seeking a Data Migration and Test Coordinator to manage end-to-end data migration and testing for the Queensland Government’s SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud adoption. You will lead data cleansing, validate migrated data, and oversee UAT and SIT across finance, procurement, and HR domains.

Working in the Financial Operations, Alarms, and Systems Support unit, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration,

Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans, schedules, and reporting frameworks in collaboration with business owners to ensure robust UAT and SIT delivery.
• Data Migration Oversight: Direct end-to-end data cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation processes to guarantee accurate and secure data transfers to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Defect & Risk Management: Monitor, record, analyze, and resolve defects during migration and testing phases while maintaining risk registers for project leadership.
• Stakeholder Enablement: Facilitate cross-functional workshops, translate complex business requirements into test scenarios, and deliver system knowledge transfer and training to key business users.
• Governance & Audit Compliance: Ensure all data migration, mapping, and testing deliverables adhere to strict organizational, regulatory, security, and audit guidelines.
