Job summary

Precision Sourcing Australia is seeking a skilled Reporting & Analytics Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-wide reporting within a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation program. You will oversee KPIs, dashboards, and executive analytics to support decision‑making across finance, operations, and supply chain.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, guide data governance, and lead a team through end-to-end reporting delivery using SAC, Fiori, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' Reporting & Analytics experience in ERP environments (SAP S/4HANA).
• Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI with SAP/non-SAP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP data structures and core modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM).
• Leadership across at least 3 end-to-end SAP implementations with reporting strategy ownership.
• Background in data governance, KPI standardisation, and reporting architecture design.
• Proficient in agile and hybrid BI delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely reporting and risk updates to the PMO and program leadership.
• Mentor and lead a team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.

About the role

Reporting directly into the SAP Program leadership and PMO, you will serve as the central point of contact for all reporting and analytics activities. This includes close collaboration with cross-functional business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure reporting solutions align with program goals. You will oversee KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level analytics to support financial, operational, and supply chain decision-making.
