Job summary

Capgemini in Australia is seeking a Reporting and Analytics Lead to own the reporting approach for a client transformation within the Data & Analytics practice.

You will coordinate SAP Embedded Analytics, Datasphere, SAC and enterprise BI, lead onshore and offshore teams, and deliver trusted business reporting aligned with project scope.

The role emphasizes collaboration, governance, testing, and deployment, with a strong focus on data quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead business reporting discovery and fit-to-standard workshops with functional leads; capture business outcomes, KPIs, reporting personas and acceptance criteria.
• Define the reporting strategy, rationalisation approach and platform decision framework across SAP Embedded Analytics, BDC / Datasphere, SAC and enterprise BI.
• Assess existing reports and new requirements; identify standard content, gaps, duplicates and retirement opportunities, and maintain requirements traceability.
• Translate agreed requirements into a prioritised reporting backlog, delivery estimates and release plan; manage scope assumptions and change requests.
• Coordinate end-to-end reporting designs with functional, data platform, security and integration teams, ensuring consistent measures and data ownership.
• Lead onshore and offshore analysts and developers; oversee design quality, delivery progress, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Define the reporting test and reconciliation approach; coordinate system integration testing, user acceptance testing and business sign-off.
• Oversee reporting deployment, user enablement, adoption and support handover; ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality and acceptance standards.

Remuneration for this role is structured in accordance with this award, with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. Full statutory entitlements, including the standard Superannuation Guarantee, apply.
