Job summary

Capgemini Australia is seeking an experienced SAP Pre-Sales Lead to join the SAP Centre of Excellence in Sydney. You will partner with the CoE Head to advise clients, shape transformation programs and lead pursuit activities across SAP S/4HANA engagements.

You’ll combine deep SAP expertise with commercial acumen, drive solution shaping, pipeline growth, and mentor delivery teams while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Experience in solution shaping, pursuit leadership, and proposal development.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior-level communication.
• Proven ability to influence decisions across business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and transformation execution.
• Australian citizen (or can obtain clearance).

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation and SAP modernization.
• Facilitate executive workshops, discovery sessions, assessments, and roadmap development.
• Provide strategic guidance on business transformation, operating model design, cloud adoption, and SAP-enabled business change.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Drive solutioning activities for SAP transformation opportunities and pursuits.
• Shape end-to-end solution strategies aligned to client business objectives.
• Review and challenge solution architecture, delivery approaches, implementation plans, and commercial models.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, SAP capabilities, and delivery objectives.
• Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, client presentations, and proposal development.
• Contribute to SAP pipeline growth through opportunity identification and account development.
• Collaborate with sector, sales, and alliance teams to develop compelling client value propositions.
• Assist in the development of business cases and executive-level transformation strategies.
• Contribute to the development of SAP CoE assets, accelerators, methodologies, and thought leadership.
• Mentor consultants, architects, and delivery leads across the practice.
• Support capability development, skills growth, and the adoption of emerging SAP technologies.
• Share lessons learned and best practices across engagements to improve delivery excellence.
