Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) SME to provide expert SAP S/4 guidance for ANZ implementations. You will work with the Stream Lead and stakeholders to design processes, document requirements, and validate solutions across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include documenting current-state processes, supporting future-state design, and assisting with testing, training, and change readiness. Travel is possible to align with project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to document requirements and translate business needs.
• Experience supporting workshops and delivery activities.
• Comfortable in a changing environment with competing priorities.
• SAP/ERP or large-scale system experience is advantageous.
• Strong MRP knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide MRP SME input across design, build, and deployment.
• Document and validate current-state processes and requirements.
• Support future-state design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.
• Participate in workshops and design discussions.
• Support issue/risk management within the stream.
• Contribute to testing and readiness activities.
• Assist with change and readiness activities (training, communications).
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide updates to the Stream Lead.
• Adhere to Kraft Heinz policies and values.
