Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Australia is seeking an Indirect Procurement Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation. You will work with the Stream Lead, project team, and stakeholders to design end-to-end processes and document requirements for readiness, testing, and adoption across the project lifecycle.

The role requires experience in SAP S/4/ERP implementations, strong procurement knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in process improvement or project/transformation initiatives.
• Ability to document requirements and translate business needs.
• Experience supporting workshops and delivery activities (testing, training, implementation).

Responsibilities

• Provide Indirect Procurement domain SME input across design, build, and deployment.
• Document and validate current-state processes and business requirements.
• Support future-state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.
• Participate in workshops and design discussions; review and validate proposed changes.
• Support issue and risk management within the stream with escalation as needed.
• Contribute to testing (scenario input, execution support, defect triage).
• Support change and readiness activities (documentation, training inputs, communications).
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to the Stream Lead.
• Adhere to Kraft Heinz policies and uphold Kraft Heinz values.
