Job summary

Sanitarium is seeking a Customer Service Representative within the Logistics unit to process domestic and international orders and ensure timely delivery with exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include SAP order processing, liaison with ISPs and Account Managers, and maintaining SAP master data while supporting DC leaders with customer information. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Experience in transport/warehousing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders in SAP for domestic and international customers.

• Addressing and following up on short supplies and ensuring correct coding in SAP.
• Supporting DC leaders with customer-related information for smooth operations.
• Assisting with project improvements, system upgrades, and non-food deliveries.
• Maintaining SAP master data and ensuring work instructions are up to date.
