Capgemini Australia is seeking an experienced SAP Finance Lead to own the finance stream on S/4HANA programs, collaborating with clients and delivery teams from design through go-live in Sydney.

You'll mentor SAP consultants, guide finance process decisions, and design solutions that align with SAP best practice, with hybrid working and strong career development.

Formación

• 8+ years' experience delivering SAP Finance solutions.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling expertise with at least 2–3 end-to-end implementations.
• Experience leading finance streams, work packages or teams on SAP transformation projects.
• Confident communicator who can build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Additional experience in Group Reporting, Advanced Financial Closing or Document & Reporting Compliance would be highly regarded.

SAP Finance Lead - Sydney

We're looking for an experienced SAP Finance Lead to take ownership of the finance stream on S/4HANA programs, working closely with clients, leading delivery teams, and helping shape successful outcomes from design through to go-live.

You will play a lead role in:

• Leading and mentoring a team of SAP consultants across onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Guiding clients through key finance process and solution design decisions during SAP transformations.
• Designing and delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions aligned to business needs and SAP best practice.
• Managing customer relationships and acting as the go-to person for the finance workstream throughout the project.
• Collaborating with functional, technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery and quality outcomes.

Your profile:
