Job summary

Capgemini Australia is seeking an experienced SAP Finance consultant to lead delivery on complex SAP S/4HANA projects in Sydney. You will work with clients to shape design decisions, manage delivery teams of 3–10 consultants, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the SAP journey.

The role requires 8+ years of SAP Finance consulting, strong S/4HANA Finance and Controlling expertise, and superb stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP implementation programmes in a lead or senior role.

Are you an experienced SAP Finance professional? Join our SAP team and help clients deliver complex transformation programmes that make a real impact. You'll work alongside experienced SAP specialists, shape solution design decisions, lead delivery teams, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients throughout their SAP journey.

You will play a lead role in:

• Leading a team of 3-10 consultants onshore and offshore as part of an SAP implementation
• Advise Capgemini’s clients in key design decisions
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as the primary client contact throughout implementation and delivery.
• Contribute from a thought leadership perspective to help grow our clients but also our internal practice

Your profile

• 8+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience, including strong SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling expertise.
• Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP implementation programmes in a lead or senior consulting role.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
