Job summary

Capgemini Australia is seeking an experienced SAP Finance consultant to lead delivery on complex SAP S/4HANA projects in Sydney. You will work with clients to shape design decisions, manage delivery teams of 3–10 consultants, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the SAP journey.

The role requires 8+ years of SAP Finance consulting, strong S/4HANA Finance and Controlling expertise, and superb stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling expertise.
• Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP implementation programmes in a lead or senior role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3–10 consultants onshore and offshore.
• Advise clients on key design decisions and implementation approaches.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as primary client contact during delivery.
