Job summary

Capgemini Australia is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead complex SAP transformation programs and maintain strong client relationships. You will drive delivery from strategy through execution for SAP S/4HANA engagements, balancing scope, schedule, budget and business objectives.

You will partner with executives across client, partner, onshore and offshore teams, support business development and ensure value delivery through technology transformation in a collaborative, high-performing

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience leading complex SAP transformation programs.
• Proven leadership across multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience delivering Greenfield, Brownfield, and/or Selective Data Transition programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP-enabled business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, EWM/TM, and/or Human Resources.
• Demonstrated success leading large, multi-vendor delivery teams.
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders, C-suite leaders, Steering Committees, and governance boards.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing engagement financials, risk, and contractual obligations.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• A client-focused mindset and a passion for delivering business value through technology transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield and Selective Data Transition implementations.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and act as the primary point of contact for delivery and commercial matters.
• Ensure programs are delivered successfully against scope, schedule, budget, quality and business objectives.
• Oversee program governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Manage engagement financials, including revenue, margin, forecasting and commercial performance.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

Experience from the utilities sector will be highly regarded, with exposure toKraken preferred. Strong experience across SAP IS-Uand SAP EAMwill also be highly considered.

• Proven leadership across multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience delivering Greenfield, Brownfield, and/or Selective Data Transition programs.
