Job summary

Asahi Beverages Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Warehouse Management (WM) Functional Lead to design and deploy SAP EWM solutions across multiple site deployments. You will lead functional design, coordinate with warehouse operations, technology teams and delivery partners to ensure practical, ready-to-run solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience leading WM design and implementations, SAP certifications highly regarded.
• Deep knowledge of WM systems such as SAP EWM and 3PL integration.
• Experience delivering logistics solutions in FMCG or high-volume distribution.
• Demonstrated multi-site deployment experience including UAT, data readiness, cutover and hypercare.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to connect business requirements with technical solutions.
• Strategic, collaborative approach with strong planning and problem-solving skills.

• Oversee key delivery activities including fit gap, configuration, testing, training input, cutover planning and hypercare.
• Work with Solution Architects and program leads to manage dependencies and maintain end-to-end integration across connected systems and programs.
• Support integration testing and site readiness, helping resolve functional issues and escalations throughout deployment.
• Drive solution standardisation and continuous improvement, applying lessons learned to strengthen future site rollouts and business outcomes.

Join our Digital team as aWM Functional Lead and play a key role in shaping and delivering warehouse management solutions across multiple sites.

You’ll lead the functional design and deployment of the Warehouse Management (WM) solution, bringing together warehouse operations, technology teams and delivery partners to ensure solutions work effectively in real operational environments. With a strong focus on integration, consistency and business readiness, you’ll help connect warehouse processes with the broader technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Demonstrated experience supporting multi site deployments, including UAT, data readiness, cutover and hypercare.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to connect business requirements with technical solutions.
• A strategic and collaborative approach, combined with strong planning and problem solving skills and the ability to navigate complex, evolving programs.
