Job summary

Capgemini Australia seeks an experienced SAP Finance consultant with Public Sector and Funds & Grants expertise to help clients deliver complex transformations. You will lead delivery teams, shape solution design decisions, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the SAP journey.

You will work with onshore and offshore teams, drive key decisions, and mentor colleagues while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience with S/4HANA Finance and Controlling.
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP implementation programmes in lead or senior roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Public Sector Management Funds & Grants and integration with finance processes.

Are you an experienced SAP Finance professional with expertise in Public Sector and Funds & Grants solutions? Join our SAP team and help clients deliver complex transformation programmes that make a real impact. You'll work alongside experienced SAP specialists, shape solution design decisions, lead delivery teams, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients throughout their SAP journey.

You will play a lead role in:

• Leading teams of SAP consultants across onshore and offshore delivery to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Advising clients on SAP Public Sector Management (PSM) Funds & Grants solutions and supporting key business and solution design decisions.
• Designing, configuring and optimising SAP Finance and Funds & Grants solutions aligned to business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as the primary client contact throughout implementation and delivery.
• Driving capability growth through thought leadership, mentoring, and contributing to the evolution of our SAP Public Sector and Finance practice.

Your profile

• 8+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience, including strong SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling expertise.
• Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP implementation programmes in a lead or senior consulting role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Public Sector Management (PSM) Funds & Grants and its integration with broader finance processes.
• Experience with Selective Data Transition, Group Reporting, Advanced Financial Closing, or Document and Reporting Compliance would be highly regarded.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
