Job summary

Capgemini Australia is seeking a seasoned SAP Analytics Cloud Lead to design and deliver SAC solutions for client projects within the Data & Analytics practice. You will own the SAC workstream from requirements through deployment, combining hands-on analytics development with strong technical leadership.

You will facilitate KPI and reporting workshops, design data models for S/4HANA, Datasphere, and other sources, and mentor developers while guiding planning delivery when in scope.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP Analytics and BI experience.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Experience with SAP Datasphere, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and SAP reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of SAC Planning, security, and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to define KPIs, dashboard use cases, reporting journeys and planning requirements.
• Design SAC solutions with appropriate live or import connectivity and data models for S/4HANA, Datasphere and other sources.
• Lead hands-on development of dashboards, calculations, filters and interactive experiences.
• Establish visualization, usability and accessibility standards and incorporate feedback into the backlog.
• Lead the technical design of planning models and data actions where planning is in scope.
• Design roles, data access controls and coordinate content transport and deployment readiness.
• Own estimates, development standards and technical reviews; mentor developers.
• Lead data validation, performance tuning, testing and go-live support.
