Job summary

Scene to Believe in Melbourne is seeking a Christmas Experience Team Leader to guide a team of Elves on our Santa photo sets. You’ll lead operations on site, ensuring a magical and smooth guest experience during the busy festive season.

As a Chief Elf you’ll inspire and support your team, maintain a warm atmosphere, manage rosters, and oversee POS and photo packaging to deliver high-quality keepsakes for visiting families.

Step up and lead one of Santa photo experiences with Scene to Believe, where smiling faces and Christmas fun make every day memorable.

We're hiring Christmas Experience Team Leaders (or as we like to call them, Chief Elves!) across Australia and New Zealand.

As a Chief Elf on one of our Santa photo sets, you'll inspire, support and lead your team of Elves to create magical moments for every visitor. You'll be the calm throughout the busy festive season, keeping the set running smoothly and ensuring every family has a memorable Santa photo experience.

We're looking for Christmas Experience Team Leaders to drive performance across sites in Bourke Street, Melbourne!

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences


• Managing daily operations, rosters and workflow


• Welcoming families and keeping the atmosphere joyful and festive


• Bringing energy and maintaining positivity, even on the busiest days
