Job summary

Scene to Believe in Geelong is seeking a Christmas Experience Team Leader (Chief Elf) to guide a team of Elves and run a magical Santa photo set across the busy festive season. You’ll keep operations smooth, welcome families with warmth, and ensure every guest leaves with a cherished photo.

As a lead, you’ll manage rosters, motivate staff, and maintain a joyful, high-energy atmosphere while upholding Scene to Believe’s values of care, teamwork, and quality.

Qualifications

Step up and lead one of Santa photo experiences with Scene to Believe, where smiling faces and Christmas fun make every day memorable.

We’re hiring Christmas Experience Team Leaders (or as we like to call them, Chief Elves!) across Australia and New Zealand.

As a Chief Elf on one of our Santa photo sets, you’ll inspire, support and lead your team of Elves to create magical moments for every visitor. You’ll be the calm throughout the busy festive season, keeping the set running smoothly and ensuring every family has a memorable Santa photo experience.
