Job summary

Scene to Believe is seeking a Christmas Experience Team Leader (Chief Elf) to inspire and manage a team of Elves across Australia and New Zealand during the festive season. You’ll lead daily operations, rosters and guest interactions to ensure magical Santa photo experiences, while maintaining a joyful, safe and welcoming atmosphere on site.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality moments for families, coordinating with the team to keep the set running smoothly, and upholding our festive

Qualifications

Step up and lead one of Santa photo experiences with Scene to Believe, where smiling faces and Christmas fun make every day memorable.

We're hiring Christmas Experience Team Leaders (or as we like to call them, Chief Elves!) across Australia and New Zealand.

As a Chief Elf on one of our Santa photo sets, you'll inspire, support and lead your team of Elves to create magical moments for every visitor. You'll be the calm throughout the busy festive season, keeping the set running smoothly and ensuring every family has a memorable Santa photo experience.

We're looking for Christmas Experience Team Leaders to drive performance across sites in Ballarat!

What You'll Be Doing
