Job summary

Cotton On Group is seeking a dedicated Sample Coordinator to join the Womens team. You will support the sample management process and work with the Creative team to ensure smooth handovers of samples across the business. You will track movements and maintain an organised shared wardrobe space.

The role offers a path into styling, content creation, and production roles, with a focus on detail, organisation, and proactive problem solving within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Coordinator/Administration role is preferred but not essential.
• Proactive with the ability to problem solve.
• Ability to take initiative, remain solutions focused and work autonomously.
• Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong, organisation, planning and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with leaders.
• Microsoft Excel skills are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support with the sample management process for Cotton On Womens.
• Work closely with the broader Creative team to manage handover of samples across business.
• Track and report the movement of samples.
• Maintain an organised and tidy shared wardrobe space.
