Job summary

Cotton On is seeking a diligent Sample Coordinator to support the sample management process for the Womens team. You will work closely with the Creative team to ensure smooth handover of samples, track movement, and maintain an organized wardrobe space.

The role offers a hands-on, detail‑oriented environment with opportunities to grow into stylistic and creative paths within the Cotton On business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Coordinator/Administration role is preferred but not essential.
• Proven ability to be proactive with the ability to problem solve.
• Ability to take initiative, remain solutions focused and work autonomously.
• Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisation, planning and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with leaders.
• Microsoft Excel skills are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the sample management process and handover across the business.
• Track and report movement of samples and maintain a tidy shared wardrobe space.
• Support the broader Creative team in marketing activities as needed.
