Domayne in Warrawong is seeking a customer service focused Salesperson for our Technology & Entertainment team. You will help customers find the best life-at-home solutions and deliver outstanding service in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• To be successful you must have a passion for retail and outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in a customer-focused retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a busy sales floor.
• Willingness to work across retail trading hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to customers in-store.

What we require:

• Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
• A high level of Technology and Entertainment product knowledge to support customer queries
• Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
• Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
