Pacific Furniture & Bedding – Moss Vale NSW

Pacific Furniture & Bedding is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team in Moss Vale, NSW. This is a part-time position that offers the perfect opportunity to become part of a dynamic retail environment where you'll help customers find the ideal furniture and bedding solutions for their homes. As a Salesperson, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service whilst driving sales and building lasting relationships with our customers. The role is 3 days per week, working every second Saturday. This role is integral to our store's success and plays a vital part in creating a welcoming shopping experience that keeps customers returning.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers warmly and assessing their furniture and bedding needs through active listening and consultation
• Demonstrating product features and benefits with confidence, highlighting quality, durability and design elements
• Keeping the showroom floor looking fresh and clean to encourage sales
• Processing sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handling payments securely
• Maintaining detailed product knowledge across our full range of furniture and bedding collections
• Assisting with inventory management, stock rotation and identifying products requiring replenishment
• Handling customer enquiries, complaints and concerns with professionalism and seeking appropriate resolutions
• Assisting with the fortnightly delivery run - so your local knowledge will be invaluable!
• We require a reasonable working knowledge of excel and prior experience in using a Point of sale system.
