Job summary

Peoplebank seeks a Salesforce Technical Lead for the Federal Sector, based in Sydney with hybrid work flexibility (2-3 days onsite, 2 days WFH). You will deliver complex Salesforce Vlocity solutions and own design and delivery across the platform.

As a hands-on technical leader, you will mentor the team, establish best practices, and influence DevOps, CI/CD and integration patterns for enterprise-grade implementations.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years Salesforce Developer experience
• Recent Salesforce Technical Lead experience
• Experience with Salesforce Vlocity platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Omniscripts, Flexcards, DataRaptors and Integration Procedures)
• OOP, frameworks and design patterns
• Experience in helping build team capability, refining and influencing processes/practices, with excellent communication
• GitLab, Agile, DevOps and JIRA
• Salesforce Integration, REST APIs and Platform Events
• Salesforce related Certification is a plus

• This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technical leader to shape solution design, champion development best practices, and influence the evolution of a large-scale Salesforce platform.
• Working alongside architects, developers, UX specialists, and key stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in delivering robust, scalable, and user-focused solutions while mentoring team members and helping establish modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.
