Job summary

Innovior is seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant, focused on hands-on technical delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with consultants and other developers to design and implement high-quality Salesforce applications that meet client needs.

The ideal candidate has experience with Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will engage in unit testing and support various testing activities.

What You’ll Do

As a Salesforce Technical Consultant at Innovior, this role is primarily focused on hands‑on technical delivery, working closely with functional consultants, solution architects, project managers, and other developers to build high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

• Designing, configuring, developing, and supporting Salesforce solutions that meet business and client requirements.
• Building Salesforce solutions using a combination of declarative and programmatic capabilities.
• Developing solutions across areas such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, validation rules, integrations, and security controls.
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned to agreed standards.
• Performing unit testing and supporting system, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.

What You Bring

• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in a development, configuration, or technical consulting role.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce platform development including Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, and other declarative features.
• An understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, automation capabilities, and platform constraints.
• The ability to interpret requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methods and project‑based delivery environments.

It Is Also Highly Desirable If You Have

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I, JavaScript Developer I, or related credentials.
• Exposure to integrations, APIs, data migration, or DevOps tooling.
