What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce integrations across complex, multi‑system environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Document integration designs, prepare technical specifications, and provide governance for best practices.
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing updates and resolving issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Technical/Integration Lead.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations across microservices‑driven environments.
• Experience with full‑cycle Salesforce implementations (greenfield preferred), ideally in Financial Services Cloud.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
