Job summary

TechForce Services seeks an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect on a contract basis to design, build, and maintain the PACE platform across Sydney and Melbourne. You will work hands-on with Apex, LWC, and Flows, ensuring secure access and data protection while leveraging AI tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, data modelling, and platform limits.
• Experience building secure, scalable Salesforce solutions across complex business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions within the PACE platform.
• Build and customize Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Configure and manage Named Credentials, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Maintain understanding of the PACE data model and dependencies.
• Leverage Claude Code and Copilot to accelerate coding and development.
• Review, validate, test, and optimise AI-generated code for quality and security.
• Assess impacts of code changes on data model, integrations, and processes.
• Establish coding standards, reusable components, and design patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support code reviews, testing, deployment, and platform improvements.
