ManpowerGroup is seeking multiple Salesforce Developers for a Federal Government opportunity in Canberra. Join a high-performing delivery team to design, develop and enhance Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds in an Agile environment.

You will work with Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and DataRaptors, drive integrations via REST APIs, and contribute to AI-enabled development while using GitLab, GitHub and Bitbucket in a hybrid Canberra-based setting.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio technologies including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, frameworks and design patterns.
• Experience with source control tools, package-based development and DevOps practices.
• Strong integration experience including REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience/Community Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and platform best practices.
• An appreciation for accessible and inclusive digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Developing and supporting Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
• Building and maintaining integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events and related technologies.
• Contributing to AI-enabled development capabilities, including the use of Claude Code within Salesforce development practices.
• Working with source control and DevOps toolsets including GitLab, GitHub and Bitbucket.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools such as Jira and Bitbucket.
• Ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with best practice development standards.
• Supporting accessibility-focused design and development initiatives.
