Job summary

Cox Purtell Staffing Services is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to join a great organisation on a temporary basis in Sydney. The role is a 4–5 month assignment, with options for 3–4 days per week or full-time hours.

You will execute campaigns end-to-end, build segmented lists with SQL, and manage the Marketing Cloud database, including consent records and lead management. Autonomy is needed to support broader marketing activities as required.

Qualifications

We are supporting a great organisation who are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to join their team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns end to end using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build and maintain dynamic, segmented lists using SQL, regenerating them for each portfolio and investor send.
• Administer the Salesforce Marketing Cloud database, maintaining data integrity, consent records and lead management processes.
• Configure and support other marketing team members' use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, providing training as needed.
• Contribute to broader marketing activity, such as brochures, graphic design or webinar support, working alongside the wider marketing team as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven, hands-on experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as there is no training involved.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, with demonstrated experience building dynamic, segmented lists for campaign sends.
• Experience administering a marketing automation database, including consent records, list management and data integrity.
• Comfortable working autonomously as the team's Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist, with capacity to support broader marketing activity when required.
• Available for a temporary assignment of approximately four to five months, working three to four days per week, with full-time hours considered.
