Job summary

Peoplebank is recruiting for an APS6 Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to join a Federal Government client in ACT. This long-term contract role offers an initial 12-month term with extension options, based at the client’s office in ACT.

You will manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, execute email campaigns, automate customer journeys and ensure data quality while collaborating with Sales/Service Cloud teams. Australian citizenship and Baseline clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and implementation.
• Experience in email marketing, marketing automation and data management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM systems and processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript and HTML/CSS.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and drive improvements in campaign performance.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
• Australian Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data management and data cleansing.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation and A/B testing.
• Develop and implement marketing automation workflows and customer journeys.
• Support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
• Maintain and document Marketing Cloud configurations and operational processes.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide actionable insights.
• Design and manage data extensions and associated data structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing automation across business systems.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting and training to end users.
• Recommend platform improvements and stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.

As The Selected Candidate, You Will

To Be Successful In This Role You Should Have

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and implementation.
• Experience in email marketing, marketing automation and data management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM systems and processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript and HTML/CSS.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and drive improvements in campaign performance.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
• Australian Citizenship.

It Is Desirable If You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its functionalities.
• Experience integrating external data sources with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Salesforce Architecture certifications.

Candidates must be Australian citizens and be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
