Job summary

King Living is seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer to design, build and configure Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service and Experience Cloud. You will work with Apex, LWC, Flow and REST/SOAP APIs, integrating with MuleSoft and internal systems, while upholding security and governance standards.

You will partner with the Head of Salesforce and IT colleagues to deliver end-to-end implementations, drive platform health, and share best practices across the global King Living platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development, configuration and implementation experience in complex multi-cloud environments.
• Solid working knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and core platform capabilities.
• Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL and REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and the declarative toolset.
• Shape high-performance solutions with the Head of Salesforce and IT team for scalable, future-proof architecture.
• Deliver end-to-end implementations and integrations with MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs across global platforms.

You will contribute to solution design, deliver end-to-end implementations, integrate with third-party and internal systems, and help shape the development standards the broader team works to — alongside the Head of Salesforce, product owners and business stakeholders who will tell you what they need rather than hand you a ticket.

What You Will Own
Development & Configuration
Build and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and the declarative toolset — configuration-first, scalable, secure and well-governed.
Solution Design
Shape high-performance solutions with the Head of Salesforce and the wider IT team, so architecture decisions are sound now and still sound in three years.
Implementation & Integration
Deliver end-to-end implementations, including integrations with third-party and internal systems via MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs, so data moves cleanly across our global platforms.
Platform Health & Governance
Keep the platform reliable, performant, secure and compliant with our data governance policies — and lift technical quality through code reviews and development standards.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Translate real business needs into scalable solutions, document what you build, and share what you know so best practice is lived rather than filed.
Who You Are
A technically strong Salesforce Engineer who cares about doing the work well — looking for somewhere that holds you to that standard rather than rushing you past it.

• 5+ years in Salesforce development, configuration and implementation, ideally in a complex multi-cloud environment
• Solid working knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and core platform capabilities
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL and REST/SOAP APIs
• Salesforce DevOps experience — CI/CD, Git, SFDX and automated deployment
• Hands-on integration experience with middleware such as MuleSoft
• Strong grasp of Salesforce security, data modelling, sharing rules and performance optimisation
• A track record of delivering Salesforce projects end to end
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
• Platform Developer I / II or Administrator certification is highly regarded
