Job summary

Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG) is seeking a Salesforce specialist to manage changes across a multi-brand portfolio. You will leverage AI tooling, including Claude, to design efficient staff and member workflows on the Salesforce platform.

Expect hands-on Apex, Flow, and LWC development, plus strong emphasis on code reviews and CI/CD processes. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with BA and Product teams to shape data models, automation, security, and rollback strategies while

Qualifications

• Production Salesforce experience.
• Automation in Flow and Apex.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude).
• Leading the technical design of Salesforce changes.
• Reviewing code and metadata changes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce changes across the brand portfolio, including data model, flows, Apex, LWC, permissions and reports.
• Write Apex test classes, regression checks and deployment notes; deploy through sandbox, pull requests, CI and approved deployment.
• Investigate production issues to root cause; keep Production and version control in sync.
• Contribute platform input to solution design with BA and Product teams, covering data model, automation, security and rollback.
• Draft ADRs for significant platform decisions and review PR approaches with the team.

You think about the people on the other end of what you build, whether that’s a staff member relying on a smooth workflow or a member interacting with FLG. You’re comfortable working independently, prioritising competing requests, and you’ve got the judgement to know when something needs a second opinion before it goes further.
