State Trustees Limited in Footscray, VIC, is seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to maintain and optimize our Salesforce platform. The role blends Salesforce administration, platform operations and DevOps with a strong focus on automation, environments, releases and CI/CD.

We're looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to help keep our Salesforce platform secure, reliable and performing at its best. This is a broad technical role combining Salesforce administration, platform operations and DevOps, with a strong focus on automation, environments, releases and continuous improvement. What You'll Do You'll help maintain and evolve our Salesforce platform while enabling teams to deliver new capabilities efficiently and reliably. * Manage Salesforce administration, configuration and platform security * Support environments, releases, deployments and CI / CD pipelines * Monitor platform performance and resolve operational issues * Identify automation opportunities and improve platform efficiency * Partner with stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce solutions * Strengthen governance, DevOps practices and operational standards About You You're a Salesforce professional who enjoys working across platform operations, technology and business needs. You're comfortable troubleshooting issues, improving processes and finding ways to make a platform more reliable and effective. You'll bring : * Proven experience supporting a mature Salesforce environment * Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator or equivalent certification * Strong Salesforce configuration, security, Flow and automation experience * Experience with environments, releases and deployment processes * Experience with monitoring, incident management and operational support * Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI / CD and source control * Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder skills Experience with tools such as Copado or Gearset, Salesforce integrations and multiple Salesforce environments would be advantageous.
