Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Australia is seeking a Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for telecom use cases, leveraging Communications Cloud and Vlocity components.

You will configure OmniStudio, build catalogs and order management, integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure security, performance, and reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud or Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Aura, OmniStudio.
• Experience with Data Model and Security in Salesforce.
• Experience with API integrations and Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Communications Cloud and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
• Configure OmniStudio components: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures.
• Build product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and order management for telecom use cases.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, LWC, Aura and SOQL.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Support order capture, orchestration, service management, and billing integrations.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and assist with releases.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.

Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer with strong experience in building and customizing Salesforce solutions for the telecommunications and communications industry. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud, Industries (Vlocity) components, and native Salesforce technologies to support complex B2B and B2C use cases.

Key Responsibilities
