Job summary
National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) seeks an APS6 Salesforce Developer to join the Digital team within the Scheme CRM Platforms Branch. Responsibilities include building AI-enabled capabilities in Claude Code for Salesforce, REST API integrations, and collaborative agile delivery using Jira and source control.
Essential criteria include deep Salesforce/Vlocity experience with Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, and DataRaptors, plus exposure to Sales/Service/Community Clouds, OOP, and design
Qualifications
- 1-5 years hands-on Salesforce Vlocity experience with Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, and DataRaptors.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, frameworks, and design patterns.
- Experience with GitLab, Jira, VSCode and DevOps practices.
- Experience in building integrations using REST APIs and Platform Events.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud implementations.
- Advantage: accessibility-focused development mindset.
Responsibilities
- Establish and develop AI-related capabilities within Claude Code in Salesforce development.
- Undertake work with REST APIs and integration services.
- Collaborate using source control tools (GitLab/Bitbucket/GitHub) in Claude Code context.
- Support Agile workflows with Jira, Bitbucket and related tooling.
