Job summary

Genesis Recruitment Solutions in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer to design, build and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions within enterprise environments. The role focuses on integrating CCaaS/contact centre platforms and delivering automation and data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Testers and stakeholders to implement Salesforce-driven contact centre transformations, leveraging Apex, LWC, OmniStudio and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Advanced hands-on skills across Apex, LWC, Flow, Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
• Strong OmniStudio / OmniScript experience.
• Experience integrating Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect or another CCaaS platform with Salesforce.
• Strong Salesforce API and integration experience.
• Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Salesforce Public Sector Solutions certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions
• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware and External Services
• Integrate Salesforce with CCaaS/contact centre platforms such as Genesys, NICE or Amazon Connect
• Work with OmniStudio and OmniScript
• Develop dashboards and reporting around customer interactions, SLAs and service performance
• Design and optimise Salesforce data models
• Configure Salesforce security including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules and Roles
• Support CI/CD and automated deployment using Azure DevOps, Git, Copado or similar
