Job summary

MYOB is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join the Bedrock Transformation Program, building scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. You’ll lead development, guide architecture decisions, and collaborate with integration, data, and architecture teams to deliver reliable, scalable platforms.

The role demands hands-on Salesforce expertise, strong API integration skills, and experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and multi-vendor collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience across Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers and API integrations.
• Experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Experience Cloud and Platform Events are highly regarded.
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or MuleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers and APIs.
• Develop solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Platform Events, following architecture, security and platform governance standards.
• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and platforms such as GoTransverse, Stripe and Genesys, using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Contribute to technical design, sprint planning, code reviews and engineering practices, while mentoring and supporting other developers.
• Support testing and defect resolution across SIT and UAT, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring solutions are production ready.
• Champion strong engineering practices across CI/CD, Git-based version control, automated testing, technical debt and release management.

About the role

We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to play a key role in MYOB’s Bedrock Transformation Program, helping build scalable, secure and high-performing Salesforce solutions that support the next evolution of our customer and technology platforms.

You’ll combine hands‑on Salesforce development with technical leadership, working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud and integrating Salesforce with platforms including GoTransverse, Stripe and Genesys. You’ll collaborate closely with architecture, integration and data teams, contribute to technical design decisions, and help ensure what we build is reliable, maintainable and ready to scale.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, with strong capability across Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers and API integrations.
• Demonstrated experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with Experience Cloud and Platform Events experience highly regarded.
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or MuleSoft.
• Experience with modern DevOps and CI/CD practices, using tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Copado or similar.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data management, testing, secure coding, governor limits and platform best practices.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification and the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across technical, business and multi‑vendor teams.

Highly regarded

Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator/Advanced Administrator certification, and experience delivering large-scale transformation programs.
